You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless required by law.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Some financial institutions may take additional time to process the refund. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
